The coaches, experienced rowers and parent volunteers welcome you to the most prestigious sport offered in the Duval County School District.

As a rower, your child will learn one of the healthiest and most rewarding sports available. The physical and mental conditioning that she/he will experience as a member of Crew strengthens the mind as well as the entire body. Rowing is done as a team. Your child will learn the valuable skill of successful teamwork. There are opportunities for individual rowing too.

Although rowing began in the Ivy League, today rowing is offered as a Varsity sport at many well known universities. Opportunities for rowing scholarships, especially for women, are increasing. Rowing is a sport that can be continued throughout an entire lifetime.
